 Role: HR Recruiter Intern

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will play an active role in the hiring process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and engaging with talent. This is a great opportunity for students or freshers looking to start a career in human resources.

 Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers

Assist in drafting job descriptions and internship postings

Communicate professionally with candidates and build a strong talent pipeline

Support the HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks

 Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices

Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
