Responsibilities

• Host and produce podcast episodes on diverse and compelling topics.
• Use your voice, emotion, and personality to captivate listeners.
• Research and plan episode content that is relevant and impactful.
• Conduct guest interviews with confidence and a conversational tone.
• Edit and finalize podcast audio to ensure high production quality.
• Collaborate with the team for distribution and promotional strategies.
• Engage with the podcast community via social media and listener feedback.
• Cover outdoor events and conduct on-location interviews when required.
• Stay updated with podcasting trends to improve format and grow the audience.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
• Acting experience or a natural ability to engage listeners with voice dynamics.
• Enthusiasm for podcasting and audio content creation.
• Ability to use podcasting and audio editing tools effectively.
• Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented.
• Prior experience in podcasting or broadcasting is a plus, not mandatory.
